I was born in Hamilton, Ontario but raised in Timmins, Ontario. I studied at Laurentian University where I received both an undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education and a graduate degree in Human Development.
Before pursuing painting as a primary focus I was always interested in sketching and drawing. In the first half of my working life I continuously gravitated towards projects that required my creative skills.
Prior to pursuing and creating art as a key activity in my life I spent seven years developing an international practice as an organizational development consultant, facilitator and coach.
One of my goals is to help corporations create more soulful workplaces by surrounding workers with art that touches the minds, hearts and spirits of people in the workplace. My paintings are hanging in private collections in the United Kingdom, France, Canada and the United States. I work primarily from my cottage studio on Fairbanks Lake.
I live in Sudbury, Ontario CANADA with my family.
